libavfilter6 software package provides FFmpeg library containing media filters - runtime files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libavfilter6
libavfilter6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libavfilter6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libavfilter6 *
You will get with libavfilter6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
